JM23 Foundation

The JM23 Foundation was founded in honor and memory of Jacob Medina, who lost his battle to leukemia in May 2020.  During Jacob's extensive chemotherapy protocols it was his goal to help children and their families while they were also battling cancer. In November 2021, Jacob's dream of creating a non-profit organization became a reality.  We will always have Jacob in our hearts and keep his vision at the forefront of The JM23 Foundation.
